I doubt many Islander fans will gloat over this win. The Islanders still have plenty of flaws and unless they add pieces at the deadline the chances of making the playoffs are very slim.

Gee, imagine that....in the last minute, Moulson actually blocked a shot....had he done that two other times against Ottawa, instead of just screening his goaltender, we'd have two more points right now. Maybe someone is starting to teach these guys SOMETHING....one can only hope.

I think the last few games the ice at NVMC has been brutal, which is making the play horrible. Having said that, the Panthers are horrible and the Isles just are kind of ok these days which doesn't make the game "Frazier/Ali" esque.
